NPQs are all designed by serving school leaders and subject matter experts to support colleagues at every stage of their career. They are delivered in a way that is attuned to demanding work schedules that many in the educational sector face. If getting out of school or setting is an issue, participants on some programmes can choose to learn exclusively online.

Working alongside Best Practice Network, a leading national provider of professional development, we develop the leadership capabilities of middle leaders and senior leaders from across our locality.

We compliment this with a suite of accredited CPD programmes including Early Years Initial Teacher Training (EYITT), the National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO), Higher Level Teaching Assistant Status (HLTA), Level 4 Diploma for School Business Managers (DSBM) as well as a growing range of apprenticeships.

Participants will attend face-to-face events if they choose to complete the programme via the blended delivery model. We bring face-to-face training to our base at Orchard House in Wellingborough and it is facilitated by our own senior or subject leaders. Participants access online learning and support via our virtual learning environment (VLE) Canvas. Through Canvas, participants are able to engage with their peers, access multimedia content, submit work for assessment and receive quality feedback from their mentor or tutor.

New courses starting in Autumn 2024 are now receiving applications in partnership with Best Practice. Please see https://www.bestpracticenet.co.uk/ to find out more about the opportunities available to you including apprenticeship funding for the below
