We are proud to be working with Ambition Institute, who are the largest provider of the ECT programme in England.

As an education charity, this helps Ambition’s mission to support more teachers and school leaders serving children from disadvantaged backgrounds to keep getting better.

From their recent ECT participant surveys, we heard that:

  • 92% of Ambition mentors would recommend being an ECT mentor to a colleague*
  • 91% of Ambition ECT Mentors agreed that the ECT programme has helped their ECT(s) to develop their knowledge as a teacher. **
  • 95% of Induction Tutors would recommend Ambition Institute's ECT programme to other schools ***
  • 95% of school leaders would recommend Ambition Institute’s ECT programme to another headteacher. ****
